When you visit this website, we do not collect any personal data from you. Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us yourself via our contact form. This data will be used exclusively to answer your request and will then be deleted again.
Your data will not be shared without your consent with any third parties / affiliates or partners.
2. Use of first-party cookies
When certain pages are accessed, a so-called "session cookie" is set. This is a small text file that is automatically deleted from your computer at the end of the browser session. How this works for your browser can usually be found out via its help function.

This data includes the IP address and operating system of your device, the data, the access time, the type of browser and the browser request including the origin of the request (referrer). This is necessary for technical reasons in order to provide you with our website. The web hosting provider protects this data from unauthorized access with technical and organizational measures and does not pass it on to third parties. To the extent that we process personal data in the process, we do so because of our interest in providing you with the best possible user experience and ensuring the security and stability of our systems.

5. Newsletter
If you have signed up for our newsletter with your email address, we will store and use your email address to send you our newsletter with information and advertising about us until you have unsubscribed from our newsletter.
For our newsletter service, we use the newsletter service "Mailchimp" of Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000 Atlanta, GA 30308.
If you enter your e-mail address to receive the newsletter, it will initially be stored by MailChimp for the purpose of sending the owner an e-mail in which he/she can confirm the subscription to the newsletter ("double opt-in"). After such confirmation, the e-mail address will be permanently stored by MailChimp until you have unsubscribed from receiving the newsletter or it is deleted by us. MailChimp stores the date of registration as well as the IP address under which the registration was made. There will be no further use of your IP address.
We would like to point out that the data collected and used via MailChimp is stored and processed on computers in the United States. By consenting to receive our newsletter, you agree to this. In addition, we have concluded a data processing agreement with MailChimp on the basis of the so-called EU standard contractual clauses. Your e-mail address will not be passed on to third parties in any other way.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Every e-mail with our newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also revoke your consent to the use of your e-mail address at any time for the future vis-à-vis us. Please use the contact options below.
6. SMS messaging
We provide a phone number on our website for customers to reach out to us by telephone, which is at www.thentgroup.com/contact. As a result, some people use this number to send us SMS messages. We do not solicit customer engagement by SMS. Any SMS messages we receive will be responded to with an opt-in message.
Message and Data Rates may apply when using SMS. If you use SMS to contact us, you can STOP return messaging by sending STOP. You can also send HELP to request additional help with your request.
7. Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
